Additional policy terms for users in the United States and Canada.
Regional scope
This addendum supplements the XtarSlam Terms, Privacy Policy, Community Guidelines, and UGC Policy for users in the United States and Canada.
If this addendum conflicts with the global policy pages, the stricter safety or privacy rule applies for the affected user, post, report, or account.
North America content standards
We may remove, hide, limit, or review content involving violent threats, terrorist or extremist support, child sexual exploitation, non-consensual sexual content, severe harassment, hateful conduct, regulated goods, illegal drugs, weapons, scams, impersonation, platform manipulation, spam, privacy exposure, malware, or self-harm promotion.
Political, civic, health, financial, legal, emergency, or public-safety claims must not be framed as reliable fact when they could mislead people or cause offline harm.
Truth-game posts can be fictional or playful, but users may not use the game format to evade safety rules, advertise prohibited goods, harass others, or spread harmful deception.
Sponsored content and endorsements
Creators, brands, and advertisers must clearly disclose paid, sponsored, gifted, affiliate, employment, ownership, or other material relationships when posting endorsements or promotions.
Disclosures must be easy to notice near the claim or promotion, using plain labels such as ad, sponsored, paid partnership, affiliate, or an equivalent clear local-language label.
Deceptive advertising, fake reviews, undisclosed paid promotion, misleading prize claims, financial scams, and unsafe medical or investment claims may be removed and can lead to account restriction.
Privacy rights and Canadian privacy notice
XtarSlam collects only the account, profile, post, upload, reaction, report, block, login, policy acceptance, and moderation data needed to operate and protect the service.
Canadian users may request access, correction, withdrawal of consent where applicable, or deletion review for personal information handled by XtarSlam. These requests can be submitted through settings or by email at [email protected].
United States users may request access, correction, deletion review, or information about whether personal data is sold or shared for cross-context behavioral advertising. XtarSlam does not intentionally sell personal information.
Minors and child safety
XtarSlam is not intended for children under 13. Accounts that appear to be operated by underage users may be restricted or removed.
Content that sexualizes minors, exploits minors, solicits minors, shares intimate imagery, or encourages dangerous activity involving minors is prohibited and can lead to immediate removal and account restriction.
Reports, appeals, and enforcement
Users can report posts from the feed. Repeated reports can hide a post automatically while operators review it.
Operators may approve or reject media, remove or restore posts, resolve or reject reports, restrict accounts, and preserve records needed for safety, abuse prevention, legal compliance, or dispute handling.
If a user believes moderation was applied in error, they can contact [email protected] with the account email, post context, and reason for review.
